Today at practice I ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes, 3.25 miles at a 9:12 pace. We also did different circuit work and a separate aerobic workout, 3 minutes on, 1 off. Safe to say by the end I was exhausted.

I will keep trying to incorporate running into my workouts for crew, and I think running and rowing will be assets to each other.

Hopefully I'll get to the running store this weekend and get a good run in (outside :) )

Also, my brother said he wanted to join me when I run my half marathon, so I will also try to have a date lined up ASAP, once both of us find out our spring race schedules.
